Final deadline for Yangji Investment Partners LLC, sale of treasury shares, date of the Annual General Meeting

1. Final deadline for Yangji Investment Partners LLC

Today, the company has given Yangji Investment Partners LLC a final deadline until 31 December 2024 to fully execute at least the first tranche (2 million Euro) of the credit facility of 10 million Euro agreed in 2023.

2. Sale of treasury shares

Due to the lack of liquidity caused by the permanent non-performance of the credit facility by Yangji Investment Partners LLC, the company has decided to sell up to 5,321,365 of its treasury shares via Fox Automotive Switzerland AG on the Düsseldorf, Berlin and Hamburg stock exchanges. The proceeds are to be used to settle the operating expenses of the company and of Fox Automotive Switzerland AG.

3. Date of the Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting for the 2022 financial year will take place on Friday 31 January 2025 in Düsseldorf. Due to the notification pursuant to Section 92 (1) AktG., extensive capital measures shall be decided at the Annual General Meeting.
