• GFI EU and Tevali Partners leading a EUR 30m debt transaction for fox e-mobility
• Transaction could be extended and raise as much as EUR 80m in a potential second step

Munich, 28. May 2021. fox e-mobility AG (ISIN: DE000A2NB551), a European electric vehicle company that specializes exclusively in the production, marketing and development of compact electric cars in the lower price segment for individual passenger transport and logistical applications, has engaged Tevali Partners and GFI EU, on the issuance of a corporate bond private placement of EUR 30m.

fox e-mobility is organizing a corporate bond private placement with an expected total commitment of EUR 80m, starting with a first tranche of EUR 30m. The bond will fund the launch of a brand-new electric car, the MIA 2.0.

'For us, this third round of funding represents a new decisive step to secure the financing of the development for our MIA 2.0 battery electric vehicle. After this first EUR 30m tranche we will have secured more than a third of our total funding requirements. Tevali Partners & GFI EU have been doing an outstanding job thus far and we are already now looking at the next steps together with them' said Philippe Perret, CEO of fox e-mobility.

The management team of fox e-mobility will be supported during the bond issuance process by two renowned institutions, Tevali Partners and GFI EU which operate respectively as investment banking and brokerage company. Tevali Partners is exclusively advising fox e-mobility on the financing and structuring process of this fundraising deal that will allow fox e-mobility to grow in a fast-expanding market. GFI EU will act as exclusive placement agent and arranger of the operation. With a strong network of investors across Europe, GFI EU will assist fox e-mobility in this fundraising process.
