fox e-mobility AG: Announcement of the date of the Annual General Meeting and publication of the annual financial statements as well as the merger plan

Munich/Dusseldorf, November 2, 2023. The publications of the audited annual financial report 2022 and half-year financial report 2023 as well as the change to registered shares are scheduled for the end of December 2023. The stock exchange has approved the delayed submission date.

The publication of the voluntary consolidated financial statements and the filing of the merger plan are scheduled for January 2024. The next Annual General Meeting is scheduled for 15 March 2024.
